How to Have Difficult Conversations

  • Princeton University Women's Center Frist Campus Center, Room 243 (map)

Do you get stressed-out just thinking about voicing a disagreement with someone in your life?  Do you sometimes feel that there is too much is at stake in conflicts or arguments with friends colleagues, or loved ones?  In this workshop we’ll explore ways to reduce our anxiety about dealing with conflict; and we’ll practice letting go of the urgency to persuade the other person and instead engage ourselves in seeking to understand.

Meals will be provided. Watch our weekly newsletter for the opportunity to sign up.
