Self-Care and Sustainability Practices in the Workplace for Staff

  • Carl A Fields Center (map)

As professionals in a modern, fast-paced world, the doing, going, uploading and downloading required to maintain optimal productivity in the workplace takes tremendous toll on the body and mind. This can lead to burnout and feeling disconnected from a sense of wholeness that arises when connected to oneself, one’s team and larger community, as it decreases joy, individual productivity and overall organizational efficacy. In this workshop, Crystal McCreary will introduce participants to self-care, sustainability and organizational wellness fundamentals that bolster individual creativity and performance and organizational innovation.

Sponsored by Women’s Center and Office of Religious Life.
