Self-Love Revolution!

  • Women's Center Frist Campus Center, Room 243 (map)

This workshop is meant to be an opportunity for us to engage in acts of self-care while also supporting one another in our work and feminist convictions. With the constant stream of stressors coming across our news feed distracting us from what matters- taking care of ourselves and our community- many of us are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted with limited capacity to serve our campuses.  How can we engage in radical acts of self-love in all arenas of our lives so we can bring our best selves into the work that is so desperately needed on our campuses? How can we engage in this kind of self-care in a communal, intersectional and revolutionary way? Be ready to share your ideas, questions, and affirmations!

Lunch will be served, all undergraduate & graduate students, staff, faculty and administrators are welcome to attend.

Sponsored by the Women*s Center.
