Start your semester strong by setting smart goals and creating a plan to achieve them during this workshop! In this session, we'll brainstorm methods of motivation for when obstacles arise as well as how to cultivate personal resiliency when our goals aren't met. We’ll provide notebooks and snacks, as well as tips for staying organized and focused in Spring 2018. Snacks will be served, all undergraduate & graduate students, staff, faculty and administrators are welcome to attend.
