Jessamyn Stanley is a yoga teacher, body positivity advocate, and writer based in Durham, North Carolina. Following her dinner discussion, Jessamyn will lead a body positive yoga session that will help students connect to their bodies, find joy in movement, and practice embodying the positive messages from her discussion. We will provide mats, or students can bring their own.
