April 11th, 12:00-1:30pm
Women’s Center, Frist 243
Do you get stressed-out just thinking about voicing a disagreement with someone in your life? Do you sometimes feel that there is too much is at stake in conflicts or arguments with friends colleagues, or loved ones? In this workshop we’ll explore ways to reduce our anxiety about dealing with conflict; and we’ll practice letting go of the urgency to persuade the other person and instead engage ourselves in seeking to understand.
Lunch will be served, all undergraduate & graduate students, staff, faculty and administrators are welcome to attend. Email Jordan Dixon, jd15@princeton.edu, to sign-up
Open to all undergraduate & graduate students, staff, faculty and administrators.
